Best sushi around...we moved to another city but passing Nagoya we came directly here for sushi! Recommended

You can see the delicious manager holding it. Conger eel is the most delicious. There are many items that I think are reasonably priced. Advance reservations are required for Setsubun etc.

This is a small take-out sushi restaurant with a long tradition of high quality. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy authentic sushi made by the chef after receiving your order. Today is medium sushi. Contains tuna, squid, white meat, shrimp, octopus, conger eel, salmon, torigai, and tekkamaki. Mr. Greedy separately ordered engawa, egg, sea urchin, and salmon roe separately. It seems like the restaurant prepares the shrimp properly in-house, and they boiled a lot of shrimp. This is one of my favorite restaurants, where the owner will give you recommendations, stock seasonal items, and take individual orders. ``The eggs are flavored with white soup stock, so don't eat them without soy sauce!'' I can feel the owner's commitment.
