Minamichita, Aichi, Japan｜Eigoro Sushi

This is Himakajima's only sushi restaurant. It opens at 11:30, and when I enter the store, The hostess who brought the sushi for delivery asked me to wait 20 minutes. One word. There must have been a delivery order. Since it's a remote island, I thought it would be too busy for just a couple, so I drank a beer and waited. A heaping amount of fried octopus comes out. The vinegar in the sushi is very effective. I kind of like it. However, the rice is huge. It might be a good idea to ask for a smaller portion of rice. As expected, conger eel is a specialty and is delicious.

A single serving of nigiri sushi for lunch is worth trying at least once! I love the shirasu bowl too!
