Nagoya, Aichi, Japan｜Yoshi Sushi

The anago sushi (similar to eel) is delicious. It practically melts in your mouth. The sauce had a sweet and soothing flavor. I’ve been told by locals that this is the only place that is able to make anago this way (and this tasty). The shrimp were also a lovely color and tasted great. The staff were friendly, although it may be tough to order if you don’t know Japanese or don’t have a speaker with you. But I’d still recommend going just for the anago!

Conger eel sushi is especially recommended here. There are salt and sauce, but I personally prefer salt! General is also a good character.

It's a little inconvenient for transportation, but it's a restaurant that you can come to anytime if you make a reservation on your way home from golf.
