Okazaki, Aichi, Japan｜Sushi Zenshu

Ate here earlier tonight and had the "Matsu" omakase... Sushi was excellent both in variety and taste. Uni from Hokkaido was the best I've ever had as was the anago, served grilled and simply adorned with salt. Okubo-san is a great itamae and I was very fortunate to be his first gaijin customer ^_^ The rest of the staff were excellent too. I'll definitely come back! ありがとうございます! ごちそうさまでした!!

It's delicious 😋 The owner is very personable and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. A great place to entertain your loved ones or entertain guests. It's boiled right in front of you and you can eat it warm! ️ Cook the cutlass fish completely and serve it with ponzu sauce and grated maple leaves! ️ How to eat it for the first time!! ️ Delicious😋 The chawanmushi is small and just right. The aging is the best 😀 The belly part is aged... It's delicious and has a flavor that can't be beaten by medium-fatty pork! ️ No. 1 with no smell!! ️ Both the tempura and sashimi are delicious😋The omelet is also sweet and delicious🤤 I'm so happy~ My heart and stomach are full 😊 Thank you for the happy time.

My second visit to Sushi no Zenshu♪ This time, I ordered Zenshu's recommended course ``Nozomi''. Enjoy a la carte dishes, nigiri, sashimi, chawanmushi, miso soup, and desserts. All the sushi is made with love by the chef right in front of you. The taste of each dish is so special that it bursts with deliciousness the moment you put it in your mouth, so much so that it can be considered a work of art. It was a blissful time not only for the food, but also for the host's personality, and for having a fun conversation while enjoying delicious food. This is a sushi restaurant where you'll be glad you visited because of the hospitality you won't find anywhere else, including the atmosphere and service.
