R5.6.13 Second visit. I really like sushi while drinking beer. Eating sushi while talking with the chef is truly the best. This time, we had a happy time with people who seemed to be regulars. ☺ R4.12.6 First visit. I had the 4000 yen lunch course. The owner handed it over the counter and held it, which I really enjoyed. The sushi is of course delicious, but the chef speaks to the customers in a friendly manner, also serving as explanations. On this day, the store opens at 12:00, and the chef evenly talks to three pairs of customers. “Is there anything you don’t like?” "Is the time okay? I work late so it will take some time. (LOL)" The course progresses while listening to the customer's requests and creating a calm atmosphere. It took us about 2 hours to eat the meal, but thanks to the chef, we had a very happy time! Adding beer and squid, it cost just over 10,000 yen for two people. I would like to come again for a special occasion or to treat myself! \(^o^)/

You can always have delicious sushi with polite work. The ingredients are also in very good condition from time to time, which is wonderful. I look forward to it every time. There are many delicious sake.

I'm so happy to be able to eat authentic Edomae sushi at the counter in a small local city called Toyokawa City! Although he was a young chef, his skills, which he had trained at the famous Ginza restaurant ``Sushi Taichi'', were genuine. Sushi eaten behind the counter is different from conveyor belt sushi. The work is done with great care throughout each snack and sushi. The approximately 2 hours you spend relaxing and eating while listening to the chef and staff explain the dishes and sometimes have fun chatting is a time you can't experience at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant. When I ate in Ginza, I was able to get omakase (snacks and sushi) for around 20,000 yen per person for about 10,000 yen. I would like to visit again.
