Sea urchin and milt, I don't usually have a chance to eat them, but they sure are delicious. I had only eaten cheap sushi, so I didn't know what was good about the sea urchin that everyone wanted to eat, but I found out that the real thing was so delicious. The taste is of course delicious, and it's nice to be served in an easy-to-eat way. It was very easy to eat, so I was able to eat it beautifully without leaving any residue. Thank you for the meal. I visited with a friend for dinner a while ago. I ordered grilled fish and chawanmushi as a course and as a single item. My friend and I were both new to this kind of place, so we were nervous, but the general was a calm and kind person, and the employees treated us with great care. All of the sushi was delicious, and I was especially impressed with the sea urchin, which was Bafun sea urchin from Rebun Island. It was sweet and really delicious, with no bitterness from alum etc...My friend can't eat sea urchin, so I told the chef about it and he replaced it with prawns. I am very satisfied with the care and food. I would like to visit again on special occasions and reward days.

The atmosphere of the shop is bright and has a great atmosphere. The barracuda nigiri was slightly grilled and tasted like nothing else. It was very delicious. The braised kingfish head was also excellent.
