Kiyosu, Aichi, Japan｜Sushikatsu

I had a loin miso cutlet set meal and a tekka roll. Both were very delicious. The miso cutlet was very soft and didn't smell like pork, and the miso sauce had a gentle and sweet flavor. Cabbage and spaghetti are placed under the cutlet, and there's quite a bit of spaghetti, and there's also a lot of rice, so it's quite filling overall. The tekka roll was also heavy, and the tuna itself was delicious. It seems to be run by a couple, but when I entered the store, I was warmly welcomed even by a solo customer. It seems to be crowded at lunchtime, but it seems to be quieter on weekday nights. It was a very nice restaurant, so I will eat there again. Thank you for the meal.

I heard that it was featured on a program called Switch, so I went to check it out. The shop is located in a corner of a back alley with three houses. The other two houses appeared to have collapsed. At first glance, the store looked difficult to enter, but once I entered, I was greeted cheerfully by the proprietress. There were about 3 groups of customers. I ordered the sushi katsu set meal, which is only available on Saturdays and Sundays. The sashimi is fresh and delicious! The fillet cutlet was tender, and the miso that was marinated in it was generously soaked and the rice was stirred into it. The price was very reasonable and I would like to come again. Next time I'm wondering if I should go for the miso cutlet set meal.
