Natural yellowtail has the best fat! Melt-in-your-mouth pickled salmon has an irresistible smoked aroma! The flavor of mustard is doing a good job! The crunchy enoki mushrooms were delicious, but I was impressed by the conger eel. It's so fluffy and creamy that you won't need your teeth. It was too delicious. . ▶︎The rolls are normally thick rolls, but on this day they seemed to have been cut and turned into sujiko! Each grain is big and crunchy! You can play it with your mouth! The cream chawanmushi is so melty that you can drink it! Really creamy. The scent of red bean liver is also good~(*´◒`*) ▶︎6000 yen is too cheap for such a large volume and high quality! June 13, 2023 I entered the store early in the afternoon. I was lucky that the place was full during my meal ✌️✌️ Speaking of sushi (which I shouldn't do, 😅😅) I'm a picky eater, so I ordered the bargain sushi ❗️ I'm the only one in my family who doesn't like eel, conger eel, or conger conger.・°°・(＞_＜)・°°・. Everyone thinks it's delicious and eats it, but ever since I was little, I haven't been able to eat it.😝😝 Sushi Yasuzo's rose sushi... It had conger eel in it (＾∇＾) I thought it was rude to the store staff and other customers, but they carefully removed almost all of it with chopsticks❗️,,,I'm really sorry 😆😆😆 The taste of the rose sushi was very delicious! ️ There were a lot of ingredients in a well-balanced manner ( ^ω^ ) It was easy to eat as the perilla leaves had a nice aroma and the egg yolk mixed with the rice ♫ The pickled plums on top of the chawanmushi go surprisingly well.😄😄 The red soup stock was simple and delicious (^.^) This is the KITTE store on the basement floor next to the gate tower of Nagoya Station! ️ As soon as you take your seat, you will be served pickles, a small plate of gari, and tea.
