A most earnest sushi chef. He and his wife are friendly and well liked by customers, most of whom are regular it appears. The lunch service is very worthwhile, not to mention delicious. I visited for lunch. The store is located in a residential area and is difficult to find. Therefore, it became a place for local people to relax. There is a parking lot on the north side of the store, but the south side is the best place to park. It is a little difficult to park on the north side. There are two types of lunch menu to choose from: nigiri and chirashi. The price has gone up compared to past price ranges, but I think it's a price range where people are working hard. As you can see from the photo, it is quite a good value for money. If it's in my neighborhood, I'd like to come here twice a week (lol) It was lunch time, so it was understandable that it was crowded. If the timing is right, this is a store I would like to visit again.

The sushi is small and each item is small, and although it is not flashy, the taste is delicious. Among them, the Inari-san was especially delicious because it was fluffy and soaked in the soup stock. According to the owner, it takes two weeks to prepare. It's a wonderful shop where you can feel the attention to detail that you can't understand unless you eat it.
