Niche Sushi restaurant that serves phenomenal pieces of art. Emotional rollercoaster on your first bite. Full marks.

At dinner time, I went to Gisushi, which is a short walk from Ozone Station in Higashi Ward, Nagoya City, to eat the bowl of rice that I had been wanting to try since I had been doing BM for a while. When I visited the restaurant looking forward to trying the donburi (donburi), which requires a reservation in advance because it takes time for the chef to make it by himself, I found the interior to have the atmosphere of a sushi restaurant, and the delicious-looking toppings lined up in the showcase that you would expect from a sushi restaurant. I did. First, we had a beer, cooled down from the sweat that was still flowing, and waited for a while before the rice bowl arrived❗ This time, we ordered ``Taisho Kaimana Kai-don'' and ``Seafood-don Clione''❗ From the moment you see it in front of you, the bowl looks great❗ I used the secret weapon I had asked the general to use, a rotating table for figures, and photographed the bowl from all directions while rotating it. The design is beautiful no matter which direction you look at it, so you'll want to take pictures from all directions. The chef's generous rice bowl has over 20 kinds of toppings on it, and as you continue eating, you'll notice that there's conger eel in the middle of the rice, so you won't get bored until the end. Kaisendon Clione is a donburi that requires a lot of patience, as it involves arranging 60 thinly cut squid slices with tweezers, and then placing the salmon roe on top of them using tweezers. Here too, the toppings were placed in between the rice, so even though the amount of rice was large, I was able to eat it till the end without getting bored. This seafood bowl clione takes about an hour, including cutting the toppings. Not only was it beautiful to look at, but the toppings were also incredibly delicious, and while I was eating it, all I could think of was ``delicious'' and a smile on my face. I had a wonderful time talking with everyone, including the general. Both of these bowls require reservations, so please make a reservation in advance before going to eat. If you would like to take pictures from all directions, please ask for a rotating table for figures, and they will be happy to provide one. It was delicious❗ Belly bread❗ Thank you for the meal❗

For lunch, I had a sushi restaurant's oyakodon (a large serving of rice). First of all, it looks very beautiful, It's not just something that looks good in photos these days, but the taste is even more delicious and impressive. Salmon and salmon roe don't taste bad at all, so you can enjoy it as it is without adding soy sauce. If you break the yolk, the taste will be more mellow and irresistible. After one bite, I couldn't stop using my chopsticks. The customer service was very kind and comfortable, and it was a very nice shop. Next, I would like to have a nigiri. Thank you for the meal.
