Owariasahi, Aichi, Japan｜又兵衛

This is a long-established sushi restaurant located in Owariasahi City. This is my second visit. I've been to a lot of sushi restaurants lately, and all of them are delicious, but I think Matabei here stands out. It's really delicious! It was a very busy day, and the staff at the store seemed to be having a hard time dealing with customers from the delivery stage. It's a sushi restaurant, but it has a wide variety of a la carte dishes. The nigiri has a very good balance of toppings and rice, so once you start eating it, you won't be able to stop. I think the ingredients are always fresh because the turnover rate is good. Personally, I really like mackerel, fatty tuna rolls, and conger eel. Even if you eat and drink, it costs around 13,000 yen for two people! The quality is so good that it's crowded with customers! I'll see you again. I had a lunch set for lunch, but the cost performance was excellent, and the quality was more than worth it.
