Urayasu, Chiba, Japan｜Kin Sushi

Used for lunch. This is my first visit. Isn't nigiri ¥1,200 cheaper than conveyor belt sushi? However, the taste is great. I've been to several sushi restaurants in Urayasu, but the sushi rice was often hard, so I had given up thinking that this was a characteristic of sushi restaurants around here, but the sushi here was delicious as soon as I put it in my mouth. It had a wonderful texture that loosened up nicely. I get the impression that the material is carefully prepared. I definitely want to come back at night next time!

A shop run by a good-natured owner and landlady. The ingredients are fresh and the a la carte dishes are outstanding. The taro tempura and homemade mullet roe are super delicious! ️ Lunch is so cost-effective 🎵 Jako salad is the best and she taught me how to make it 😉 The proprietress is from Seiko-cho, Niigata Prefecture, and she taught me a lot of things when I was transferred to Niigata. Although it’s far away, I want to go again 👍
