Noda, Chiba, Japan｜Sushi Cho

I received this sushi as a souvenir some time ago, and it was delicious, so I visited the restaurant. I ordered whatever I wanted, and I also ordered what the hostess recommended, and the mushroom miso soup and homemade yokan-like desserts were all delicious and very satisfying♡The hardness of the sushi rice and the amount of vinegar were perfect, and I like them♡ Is it the general, landlady, and son? Everyone was smiling and very pleasant, and I was moved by the proprietress' hard-working salesmanship without any sarcasm. I have to learn from him too. I forgot to take a photo, but the crab salad was also delicious! I'll visit you again. Thank you for the meal!

I visited for lunch on a Saturday. I was having trouble deciding between nigiri and set meal, but I ordered the sashimi set meal. The main sashimi platter comes with arajiru soup, a small bowl of pickles, and a dessert of chawanmushi and red beans, so it doesn't feel expensive, but the portion is quite large, so if you're a small eater, you might want to order less rice. Chawanmushi is usually included in set meal sets, so it was well made and delicious.

I went to Sushicho for the first time and had lunch with my mother and daughter who love sushi. In addition to the deliciousness of the toppings and sushi, the chawanmushi and miso soup are also very satisfying. The chicken meat in the chawanmushi was carefully prepared, so it was delicious without any meaty smell. The Japanese sweets like mizuyokan for dessert were also great.
