Chiba, Japan｜Minato Sushi

Super fresh and tasty sushi. Owner was very accommodating when we requested for the horse mackerel fish head and bone to be fried.

February 3, 2023 It was a hit at a restaurant where I could use the Chiba City Gourmet Special Coupon from the Chiba City Gourmet Support Campaign, so I went there for dinner with my family of four. There is a counter and a tatami room, and we ate at the tatami room and had beer, fried chicken, braised tuna, salt-grilled scallops, special nigiri sushi, and medium-fatty nigiri sushi. All of them were delicious, but the sushi that doesn't turn around is the best (lol) The special nigiri is delicious with two pieces of fatty tuna. You can change the material you don't like, and the service is good. The restaurant has a Showa-era feel to it, and the sushi was especially delicious with that atmosphere (lol) They also have a decent selection of menus and drinks, so I highly recommend them.
