Chiba, Japan｜Kasuga Sushi

I ate kaisen chirashi (seafood bowl) at Kasuga Sushi in Suehiro. Both the quantity and content are impressive! More than 10 types of seafood are arranged so neatly that they are fresh and delicious. There are so many toppings that you won't have enough rice, in a good way. It also comes with miso soup and chawanmushi for 1,200 yen (excluding tax), so it's a great value for money. I was surprised at the size of the tuna fillets, but on the day I ate them, they also had horse sashimi! I think the ingredients vary depending on the season and the arrival of the day, so I'm lucky. The inside of the store is larger than it looks from the outside, and in addition to long counter seats, there are tatami areas in the front and back, so I think it can accommodate a large number of people. There is also a famous seafood restaurant nearby, which we also recommend!

I took my parents for Saturday lunch. It has a nice atmosphere and offers delicious seafood at very reasonable prices. The 8-piece lunch nigiri is so luxurious that you can't believe it's only 1,200 yen. The sashimi set meal my father ordered also looked very delicious. I'm glad the food is warm. I want to go again.

I can't help but feel that I have to study hard in everything. The ingredients are fresh, the nigiri techniques, the gorgeous appearance, the taste, the customer service, the attentiveness, and the atmosphere that comes from the long history of the restaurant's history, where absolutely delicious food is served.
