Choshimaru is always the sushi we eat on special occasions 100 Yen Sushi is one rank higher in taste and service. It's a seasonal thing, so it's a little disappointing when there's no recommended story But basically, it's a sushi restaurant where you can't go wrong no matter what you eat.
Although it was a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, it was a very attentive restaurant. When I went there around 6:30pm, it was very crowded. The sushi conveyor belt was only making half a turn. Apparently, there aren't enough chefs to fill all the seats. The person on the floor explained it to me properly, so I was satisfied. At 7pm, a late-shift chef came out and ushered us to our seats. This person, who was wearing a name tag that said "Head Chef," was also very attentive. First of all, he properly apologized for making me wait. And the response was refreshing. My child ordered 2 pieces of salmon, but they made 4 cute mini sushi pieces to make it easier to eat. I was paying close attention to whether the sushi I ordered had arrived. It's lively, but not as noisy as Gaoten Sushi. (It's so noisy you can't even have a conversation over there.) Of course, all the sushi was very delicious. I liked the horse mackerel and the octopus. Even my husband, who was annoyed by the wait, was very satisfied and thought it was a great restaurant with even more attentive service than Onidan.
