It is a shop that has the impression of being a very unique place that is loved by regular customers. As of December 2021, you can only have lunch three times a week. Despite the coronavirus pandemic, it was a time when the spread of infection was not occurring, so I was able to use it without making a reservation. Payment was "cash only" as of December 2021. I was told that the lunch set included the rare ``Kanshaku'' and the high-grade fish ``Yagara'', so I ordered some of those sashimi as well. I am very impressed with the exquisite quality of Yagara! This is a great restaurant where you'll want to visit once in a while for an "adventure of luxury" and to have a "serendipitous encounter with delicious food" that you probably won't have at a revolving sushi restaurant.

I had a lunch of nigiri sushi. The sushi toppings are large and the boiled conger eel is fluffy. The prosciutto salad, simmered dishes, grilled eggplant, and pickles that came with it were carefully crafted. Dessert is homemade fig compote. It was a very satisfying lunch 💕

The tuna and sea urchin were delicious. The regular lady sitting at the counter was interesting. My husband loves it and hopes to visit again soon.
