This sushi restaurant is located on the first floor of Hotel Shuranza, which opened at the end of last year in front of Kaihin Makuhari Station. The same hotel also has an affiliated hotel called Katsunana. Make a reservation by phone on the same day for weekday lunch. I came here thinking about nigiri, but when I looked at the menu, the chirashi also looked delicious. ●Specially selected Hanabara chirashi (3,000 yen) 12 types of seeds, including large fatty tuna, medium fatty tuna, sea urchin, salmon roe, conger eel, and golden eye. The conger eel cooked to a slightly gentle sweetness and the fun accent of narazuke are especially impressive. The small bowl of nanbanzuke, chawanmushi, and miso soup are also delicious. ●Kenkonichi Junmaishu Patriotic (500 yen) Half a cup of daily sake is served in a wine glass.
