Chiba, Japan｜HAMA-SUSHI Chiba Oyumino

This is the second chain kaiten-zushi I've had here. Rather than a single main conveyor, Hama uses a pair of conveyors per row of tables which allows them to deliver your orders directly to your table while minimizing congestion from multiple tables. They have several types of soy sauce, which is nice, but they are only labeled by the region they came from, so there's no way of knowing the style of sauce (e.g. sweet, spicy, ponzu), at least for an English speaker (a local might knows the differences). Sushi quality was good for kaiten level and I'm certain I'll be back. I think prices are still set at 100¥/110¥ with tax.
