Katori, Chiba, Japan｜Edo Sushi

A series of coincidences brought me to Edo Sushi from 5000km away. Drenched in cold November rain on a rented bicycle looking for shelter, out of nowhere stood Edo Sushi. I was warmly welcomed with a cup of hot green tea. The food tasted special, probably because it was infused with kindness and generosity. I know the next time I go to Edo Sushi, it won't be coincidental.

Superb hospitality. First time we had home-made gourmet sushi. Fantastic !

Home liked hospitality. Recommended alternative if you don't want typical tourist restaurant in the area.
