Good value and surprisingly good quality for “airport sushi”. Seasonal seared sushi can be very good, as are their tamagoyaki and some basic fare. The otoro here was surprisingly bland so can only give quality 4/5, but this is one of the best values outside the secured area.

Most the sushi guys there are not nice, but it’s pretty much the Japanese tradition, so I forgive for it; other staffs are so nice. The shape gets a bit messed when they get too busy, so just give them a bit time (really like 30sec.more). Both the top and rice parts are so nicely prepared, absolutely nice rice part for sure; in fact, after I tried others in the airport, with spending 2-3times more money (I had too much transit time) I had to get back here...
