Both the general and the proprietress are kind and heartwarming and calm. The taste is undeniable! It's delicious no matter what you eat. Ankimo is fresh with rock salt instead of using ponzu sauce! Reservation is required!

The General's spirit is the best. It is surprising that you can eat so much sushi and sashimi in a prefecture without a sea. We are particular about the materials, the space, and keep away any wayward guests, yet our hospitality is top-notch. The craftsmanship that always serves the best food is something I would like other high-flying restaurants across the country to emulate. The guests who come here will always feel happy. I would like to recommend this restaurant, but I definitely don't want to tell anyone about it. I think it is a store that competes for first and second place in Japan.
