Kashiwa, Chiba, Japan｜Fuku-zushi

We enjoyed our meal quietly. Not only the precious saury fish, but also the aburi fatty tuna that the store sells was delicious. I haven't had a chance to go there often, but I was able to enjoy it for the first time in a while.

This is my favorite sushi restaurant that I go to once every few months. Every time I order a luxurious broiled toro lunch, it's fresh, the toppings are big, and it's filling. The ingredients change depending on the day, but the conger eel, which I don't usually order myself, is plump, soft, and the sauce is delicious without being too sweet.

My father and I visited on October 6th for my daughter's birthday. I was able to make a reservation for my scheduled arrival around 1:30 pm, and was told that I could stay until 2:00 pm for lunch. I forgot the name, but I ordered a pouched recommended menu in the mid-2000 yen range, which included a salad before the meal, sushi beautifully arranged on a large plate, chawanmushi and miso soup, and dessert after the meal, followed by sushi. It was a good topping, very delicious, and both my daughter and father were very happy. Especially the eel or conger eel, it was so fluffy and meltingly soft and delicious. I will visit you again!
