For the first time, I used chopsticks and a table filled with wasabi. It was difficult to get the spoon for the eel sauce or chawanmushi after the plates were lined up. When I looked at other tables, no one was taking out their containers. The ingredients were very delicious. The horse mackerel was really delicious.
