Tsukuba, Ibaraki, Japan｜Kaneki

Just went to this kaiten sushi, and it was a step above a few other places which I rated at 4 stars. The quality is better, less mass produced, slightly more expensive....slightly, but very good. Also, the menu is in Japanese and English. Oh, and unlike the more mass produced types, the such chefs are in the middle of the boats. Temperature measurements and alcohol at the entrance plus dividers at the counter.

Love it. Best sushi in town. Don't leave without trying the anago (穴子)
