I wonder if this is the last time I see a conveyor belt sushi shop, Sushiro, Kappa sushi, Hamazushi, Sushizanmai, Gattenzushi, Kurazushi, (Choshimaru is not yet 😱), and today, Uobei is Kamisu. It was opened in 1999, so I went without expecting much. In my opinion, each has its own pros and cons, but it was Sushiro. But!! As someone who likes shiny things, Uobei overtook Sushiro and came in first place. I haven't been to Choshimaru, and there are others, but I thought it would be strange to open another store in Uobei's writing, but I always thought that it was Sushiro, but Uobei Right. 2019, early January, twice during the day with 3 adults and 3 children. Even though the blinds are down and the sunlight is not coming in, the store is very bright and clean. Sushi is not rotating. Orders placed on a touch panel are delivered to you on bullet trains and racing cars. Compared to Sushiro, the material in the nigiri was larger, and the seaweed on the roll felt delicious. Maybe it's because of the new store, or maybe it's because I'm busy, but I want the operation to work a little harder.
