Oarai, Ibaraki, Japan｜Matsuei Sushi at Oarai

I am always very happy and surprised about the sushi restaurants away from the big cities. I really enjoy the sushi and also here I had a great evening out. The setting is relaxt, clean and lean. A very tidy interior which creates a lot of calmness in the restaurant. I went for the Rainbow roll and the dragon roll. Absolutely delicious and prepared quickly. The portions are generous and served with green tea and some fish broth soup. The older couple is friendly and in for a chat. I liked the place! It's not cheap, but the food quality and the presentation of the food is good!

Absolutely amazing. Lunch sets were all very fresh and super delicious. The ambience of the restaurant is also very calm and comfortable. Definitely would recommend

Ive eaten in sushi sho masa, Jiro and kyuubey. This place should rank among those. Quality, service, freshness and everything else just melts your heart.
