I've been wanting to go since last year, but Saturday was fully booked several months in advance, so I was finally able to make a reservation. It's not a new store, but it's a small and clean store. It doesn't feel like a sushi restaurant. The owner is the only one in business, and there are probably only two groups of customers. From the explanation of the day's fish to sashimi, grilled, and sushi. I received a small amount. The food was served slowly since I was alone, but I was drinking so it didn't bother me. Compare beer by changing glasses. Even though I don't know much about Japanese sake, they explained things to me in detail and served me some delicious food. Since Ibaraki Prefecture has the sea, I had high expectations and went to many restaurants with long lines, but until now I had not been able to find a delicious restaurant. I think this place is the best in terms of taste, service, and atmosphere. The price is reasonable, so I think you can go with confidence. I really like the owner's customer service, stories, and atmosphere. Parking is available in front of the store.

Really delicious sushi. While eating sushi, it's delicious and makes me smile all the time! Hats off to the general's spirit of providing delicious food.

It is located a little away from Mito Station. There's a nice atmosphere at the entrance, and you'll be excited before you even enter the store. The counter has 5 seats and the chairs feel solid, and the table seats can probably seat 4 to 6 people. Recommended drinks, side dishes, and sushi toppings for that day were posted. Since it was my first time, I ordered a five-piece sashimi assortment and a bottle of beer. The appetizer had yuba, winter melon flavored with yuzu, and crab meat, and it was refreshing and delicious. After the owner explained about the fish, an assorted platter was served, and it was served with freshly ground wasabi, carefully selected wild grape salt, roasted sake that was used in place of soy sauce in the Edo period, and regular soy sauce. I did. I loved the roasted sake and sashimi, which were delicious. The condiments on the bonito are also delicious. For alcohol, I ordered summer sake. I liked it so much that I had three cups. I ordered boiled conger eel, which I was unsure about as an accompaniment to alcohol. Good taste and collagen. Order the main sushi, the price varies depending on the quantity. I can't have a lot, so the 10th bite is a great way to get refills of whatever you like. All of them were delicious, but I liked the refreshing scent of seaweed and the combination of sea lettuce, and I ordered the sea urchin as a gunkan instead. At the end, the sea lettuce soup made with clams was rich and delicious. I also had tea, and it wasn't too hot and I could feel the care.
