Hitachi, Ibaraki, Japan｜新富鮨

I visited at lunch, but this volume is very satisfying at this price. The lunch menu is abundant and I would like to go again.

It appeared in the memories section of my visit before the coronavirus, so I'll upload it for reference. (Evaluation is based on personal preference)

May 2021. I went to Oarai for photography. The Shintomi Sushi we found for lunch was a big hit! The ingredients are fresh and the sushi holds well. The steamed egg custard, the dessert, and the soup in the bowl will fill you up. I'm a salmon roe fan and don't call it sushi unless it has salmon roe as a topping, so the lunch was a bit pricey, but the cameraman's choice of lunch was delicious, and the shrimp were delicious, as everyone's reviews said. The raw whitebait is fresh and extremely delicious! (Old! Old popular word) And they were taking good measures to prevent infection. I hope to come back and enjoy some delicious sushi someday.
