Iwaki, Fukushima, Japan｜鮨仙

It's been a few years since I visited you. I think it's a good store again. A simple space with a wide plain wood counter and no drinks lined up behind the counter. The chef, who knows all about fish, has a good eye for it, and the food is delicious without a doubt. This is where I learned the essence of scallops. All the stories are great, I've posted multiple pics so please take a look lol Although it wasn't the season, I remembered that sea squirts were a special dish that I will never forget.

It was delicious. It's a beautiful shop.
