I came all the way to Higashi Okazaki because I heard from the manager of Sakae that Butagin was newly opened in Higashi Okazaki! ! It was about 5 minutes from the station and before I knew it, the store was right in front of me (lol) The inside of the restaurant is a completely private room with a Japanese motif. The store is completely separated from smoking areas, which makes me happy as a smoker and my friend who doesn't smoke. There was also a smoking booth, which was well stocked. Well, this is my first time cooking about 5 a la carte dishes without a pot. When I looked at the menu, I realized that the menu was new and the contents were different from Sakae! There are more and more types of hotpots, and I think you can definitely enjoy hotpots this season. There is a wide variety of drinks and beers on the menu, and I think the fact that they have bottled beer is irresistible for beer lovers (lol) The items I ordered were miso kushikatsu, chicken wings, yukhoe, kakuni, and crab miso. First, braised pork Is this new? What do you think it is I don't think it was on Sakae's menu... It's so soft that it falls apart when you pick it up with chopsticks! The braised braised pork belly was exceptionally delicious! Yukhoe is simple but not too sweet and goes perfectly with the sauce of just the right thickness.
