It wasn't until a female clerk brought over a hot pot and started filling it with hot water that we realized we were wrong. I immediately approached the clerk, apologized through translation, asked if I could change it to sukiyaki, and agreed to pay the extra charge due to my mistake. The male clerk understood the situation and responded with a handsome smile and an "OK" gesture, which made me really happy. A female waiter brought us appetizers, patiently explained them to us with a smile, and they were all delicious. Then, wearing gloves, he carried a heavy iron pot filled with boiling water and replaced it with a thin sukiyaki pot. I'm really sorry that my mistake caused her to have to exchange things like this. Sukiyaki is expensive, but definitely delicious. The beef melted in your mouth when eaten with the egg, the pork was chewy and the vegetables were fresh and delicious. Everything was great. When I was paying the bill, I talked to a female clerk about my friend who had gone on a trip to Taiwan, and she escorted me out of the store. She was waving from above while we were going down the stairs and was so cute. My wife and I are grateful to them. Also, I would like to make a suggestion to the female store clerk because there was something that I was not able to fully convey during the discussion. Traveling to Taiwan may not be very suitable for Japanese people. Sure, you can escape from the austere atmosphere and relax, but other than that, the tropical feel is lost to the small islands of Thailand. Due to exchange rates and policy issues, the cost of traveling to Taiwan is very high, and we ourselves have complained that hotel prices are too high. We would rather fly to Japan or Thailand than play in Taiwan. There is very bad public transport, poor quality tourist attractions, dangerous traffic problems, and dirty eating and drinking environments. However, traveling to Taiwan is not completely worthless. Taiwanese people are generally kind and there is a lot to see about Chinese culture. As for food and drink, it is difficult for tourists to find clean and delicious local food, but with Bib Gourmand as a guide, you can avoid the night market and enjoy clean and delicious food. Used for Friday dinner. I ordered the ``Kurobuta Shabu-Shabu Course'' made with six black and white pork from Kagoshima prefecture and the horse sashimi platter for 6,600 yen. The shabu-shabu dipping sauce is drinkable and delicious! The first six-piece platter is not only beautifully presented, but also delicious, so it's worth the price! The horse sashimi was also delicious with sweet soy sauce from Kyushu.

For the pork shabu, we ordered pork belly and loin, and both were delicious, but the pork belly was our favorite! I was satisfied with the food, but most of all, the manager and staff were very attentive, so I enjoyed my meal from start to finish. Although he is quite busy, he is considerate and not brazen, and responds to requests with a smile and exceeds expectations. Although he was still a young manager, there was a lot to learn from him.
