Nagano, Japan｜Kora Honten

This is one of the few authentic crab restaurants in Nagano Prefecture, rather than Nagano City. It is located in the Delicious Plaza along National Route 18 in Nagano City. The large crab sign is a landmark. There are various crab dishes on the menu, but the course menu is recommended. Boiled snow crab, sashimi, crab sukiyaki, grilled crab, crab tempura, crab sushi...a blissful full-course meal that crab lovers won't be able to resist. There is also a wide variety of a la carte menus. It's a little pricey, but it's a place you'll want to treat yourself to once in a while.

Thank you for taking care of my grandson's first meal and for our two families to meet. The staff also greeted us with great smiles, and we had a pleasant start to our meal! The explanation at the beginning of the meal was easy to understand, so I'm glad I chose this restaurant. If I have another chance, I would like to use it again.

When it comes to crab dishes in these areas, it's probably shellfish. I have an image of it being always busy. The red king steak is filling and delicious. The dish ends with crab porridge. It contains a lot of crab flakes and is large in quantity. I was torn between the delicious crab cream croquette I had last time, but this time I chose the fried crab shell. The deep-fried shell had plenty of crab, but it also had a lot of enoki mushrooms, and the taste of enoki mushrooms was quite strong. Personally, I recommend the crab cream croquette.
