We prefer a light dinner, and their dinner set is just right portion, with high quality beef n pork. We picked one Matsusaka beef , one Yamagata beef , both with Yonezawa Pork. All meats are tender, with great flavor, only boil them a few seconds will bring you the best texture. I recommend to choose noodles for the set, they will place a special sauce in a noodle bowl, so after you cooked the noodles for 6min, just put them into the bowl and add some shabu broth, it taste very good. Remember to make reservations even on quiet day, or you will need to wait at least one hr after all seats are occupied.

Good service. Amazing shabu shabu. We tried the yamagato and the black beef. Black is more lean and has more texture. Yamagato was more expensive but very fatty and tasted creamy (like ni lao ma). Highly recommended!
