Amazing Shabu Shabu next to Tachikawa Train Station. English menu available We went with the Sirloin course set menu which consisted of an Amuse Bouche, appetizer, steak dinner, Shabu Shabu service with meat and vegetables, Soba noodle service, and dessert. Price was 10,500¥ per person. The food was amazing, with melt in your mouth meat portions and fresh vegetables. The Ponzu sauce and sesame sauce were truly excellent. The service was amazing, but expect little English to be spoken. It will help immensely if you have basic Japanese skills but they are not required. If using google maps, the entrance is on the road side outside the train station and on the 3rd floor. Private rooms are available on reservation. One of our favorite Shabu Shabu places in the areas
