Omihachiman, Shiga, Japan｜近江八幡 日本料理ひょうたんや - Hyoutan-ya

2023/04/05 First visit. When I think of pork shabu, I always think of the animality of pork, so I personally didn't feel like eating it, but the one here was so delicious that you could mistake it for beef! Also, it goes really well with the free refills of chopped green onions, so if I had to invite people to Omihachiman, I would definitely use it!

I had a kaiseki meal at a memorial service, and it was absolutely delicious! ️ The sashimi fatty tuna is quite delicious. Apparently former Prime Minister Abe had come before, so his photo was displayed.

I've never been to the restaurant, but every year, as part of my hometown tax, I return to eat this Omi beef fillet steak and enjoy it at home. The meat is Omi beef, as expected, and has no odor, and the thick steak melts in your mouth. You don't often find steaks like this even in high-end restaurants in Tokyo. It's really delicious even if you eat it at home, but if you have a chance, I'd like to visit the restaurant staff.
