I thought it was rare to suck tongue, so I made a reservation. [Tongue shabu is reservation only, so if you want to eat it, you must make a reservation. ] The meat was refreshing, and it was delicious with rare vegetables (wakame seaweed & hijiki) and yuzu pepper as a condiment. There was a volume, and the rice porridge was also delicious. There were various one-dish dishes, and they all looked delicious, but I gave up because I was full 😅 I would love to hear from you again.

I ate tongue shabu for the first time. It was very delicious~ It went well with wine. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the staff carefully explained the atmosphere to me, and I was able to enjoy my meal. This is a store that I would like to visit again.
