Chiba, Japan｜Kisoji Chibaten

My family and I had an authentic Japanese Shabu-shabu Sukiyaki experience in this restaurant. We ordered the beef set that comprises an appetizer, the main hot pot set, udon + rice cake and dessert. The highlight of the appetizer was the puffer fish. It was prepared in 2 ways — kaarage style and raw. Next was the beef hotpot set and the waitress gracefully cooked the beef slices for us individually. With the outstanding food and service provided, it was one of the best eating experiences we had in Chiba. However, just to take note! Time taken for the ENTIRE meal was almost 2 hours!

It feels like I'm in a fairy tale. Very nice, breathtaking impressions. If it was a little warmer, I would like to stay a little longer
