The shop is a historical building. The private room is also a Japanese-style room with table seats. All the dishes are really delicious! I was thrilled from beginning to end! There was a wide variety of alcoholic beverages such as Japanese sake and wine, so I was not dissatisfied at all! I want to make a reservation again when I come to Nagano!

I had Negitorodon Chazuke for the first time! This dashi is exquisite and delicious even if you drink it as it is 😋 Dessert mandarin orange jelly The mandarin oranges had a high sugar content and were very sweet 😊 As always, the customer service is pleasant, so I feel very comfortable! In a place close to Zenkoji Temple, infection control was firmly in place. Starting with sweetfish with roe, the hot items are all hot and carefully crafted. No omission! The specialty of steamed salmon roe, sea urchin, and yam was delicious with a sticky umami and an outstanding compatibility with the eel stocked at the bottom of the bowl. It was a hearty yet well-balanced meal, and with the wonderful hospitality of the proprietress, I was able to enjoy it until the end.
