I brought in matsutake mushrooms from Gunma Prefecture and left it to the chef. I thoroughly enjoyed the deliciousness of matsutake mushrooms. I'm impressed. Grilled matsutake mushrooms, stew of matsutake mushrooms, wagyu beef, and tofu, matsutake tempura, and matsutake soup. The matsutake mushroom tempura was delicious, and we all had tempura for the rest. I was happy!! ️The best!! ️
