I used this place for my wife's wedding anniversary. I searched for Kaiseki cuisine that I don't usually eat in a place not far from my house, and this restaurant came up. When I opened the website, I saw that I could make reservations over the phone as well as online, so I made a reservation online during my break from work. They responded quickly and were very courteous. I received a phone call at noon on the day of my reservation to reconfirm my seat. Well, on the evening of that day, I went there because I knew the general location, but I realized that it was in a place that I usually overlooked. I received it. This is a store where you take off your shoes at the entrance. I thought it would be a tatami room in the back, but since it was on the second floor, I went up some fairly steep stairs and found a quiet room with tatami mats and cushions. The first dish was already prepared. By the way, the dish I ordered was Kaiseki Setsuka. I'm a little disappointed that there was no order of the dishes as they appeared on the paper. Well, I was grateful that the proprietress thoroughly explained the usage she had prepared. It goes without saying that each item is handmade, but I was very impressed by how it melts in your mouth and how deep the flavor is, and the careful work that goes into it is amazing. I made a reservation and used it for my wedding anniversary. We were very happy to receive our children's meals as soon as they arrived. I ordered Hakushu's highball, which was good. Beautiful pure ice in a large, smooth Old Fashioned glass.
