Came here at the recommendation of my hotel’s concierge after my original dinner plans fell through. This place is exceptional! Every single dish is crafted with love and precision. Props to the chef for painstakingly explaining each dish despite the language barrier. A must-come if you’re in Hiroshima! Note: This restaurant is located within a more… “Mature” and Sketchy area. Either take a taxi, or be careful when you walk through the neighborhood.

Visited with a friend from far away. The food and drinks are delicious. The horse mackerel sashimi has no odor at all, has no small bones, and melts smoothly. and eggplant. Are there any eggplants that taste this good? If you want to eat something really delicious, come check it out.

A friend brought me here. A private room was used by 5 people. Although it was a Michelin-listed restaurant, I was able to relax and enjoy my meal. There are a lot of items available and they are delicious. Basically, it seems that only the omakase course is available, but it seems that you can come and eat the rice and noodle dishes at the perfect time just before closing time. Next time I would like to eat at the counter. This time I had a dinner with several people, so I didn't write down the menu names at all...
