We are customers from Taiwan. Many thanks to Yoshimi Bekkan to take our reservation almost at the last minute via Instagram official account, so that we could get the chance to enjoy both Chiya beef kaiseki and Winter limited tora fugu turret course.😋 Couldn't express the amazing taste of those dishes. The Chiya beef is soft and tender. It just melts into my mouth, like a combination of sashimi and beef. The different cooking style of blowfish also surprise us. It is fresh and springy. We even feel alive blowfish in such a normal congee🤤 With your kind help❤️we have a vigorous start of our family trip in Okayama!

The slightly higher-priced Senya beef is served one after another, and the beautiful waiter introduces each one. The meals served are worth this amount.
