I visited Kazufumi Kappo again. It was a very satisfying dinner time with the omakase course (please refer to the photo), draft beer, local beer, and glass of red wine❣️ I was able to spend a comfortable time with the courteous service of the owner, the landlady, and the young female staff. I will definitely come back again when I visit Okayama again❗️ It was very delicious, thank you for the meal! ️

This time we had dinner. When you enter the restaurant, you may feel a bit hesitant, but the owner is very friendly and easy to talk to, from the food to small talk. In addition to the aroma, flavor, and color of the dishes, you can feel that they value the season and the taste of the ingredients themselves. In particular, I felt that the sweetness, saltiness, and bitterness, including the aroma, were exquisitely controlled. I am also impressed by the quality of the frying and the level of skill with which they use the decorative knives. All the ingredients are fresh and we recommend that you enjoy it without leaving any seasonings. I highly recommend this shop as it is definitely worth the price! Thank you for the meal.
