Okayama, Japan｜Kibizen

Since I had two hours to get on the Shinkansen, I visited this hotel directly connected to the station. It is very convenient because there is a shop on the same floor as it is through the connecting passage. Hidden sushi has a very interesting history and mechanism, and is definitely my favorite menu item. The sauce instead of soy sauce was also delicious. The meal ordered by the companion was also beautiful.

I ordered the all-you-can-eat Kuroge Wagyu beef, which is only available on weekdays. Since it was an all-you-can-eat option at a high-end Japanese restaurant, the quality of the meat was high, and it also included appetizers, sashimi, and red soup stock, so I was able to enjoy more than just meat. The ponzu sauce and sesame sauce were also great. I also used the breakfast included in my Gran Via plan and was very satisfied.

In a simple, discreet and cozy atmosphere, you can taste delicious, refined and full of finesse dishes disguised as common and simple dishes. Don't hesitate to pair the meal with local rice wines called saké in France, it's exquisite.
