Shizuoka, Japan｜Tsuji

This is a famous Japanese restaurant located 12 minutes walk from Shizuoka Station. I ordered the kaiseki course. All items are made with extremely sophisticated seasonal ingredients and seasonings.

I was a little nervous when I walked through the stately courtyard, but I was able to spend a very good time with the store's cheerful voice and guidance. Seaweed that was on lunch rice? Something like this is very delicious, and just that alone makes me want to replace it many times.

Anyway, it is the extremity of cooking. It is a series of surprises and impressions every time I visit. The owner is exactly the same as Mr. Ebizo, he is kind yet strict, and the landlady who comes on weekends is also a beautiful woman who looks like an actress. The food, which can be said to be a splendid scenery that is too good to know, and the alcohol are up to the order, but I don't think there is any cheap alcohol. Since I met this restaurant and the owner, my favorite trip (especially hot springs) has become a condition of accommodation. Two stores, Tadaya in Wakura Onsen and Tawaraya in Kyoto, felt the same. The tatami room is the main one, but I personally think it's good if you ask for the counter. You can also enjoy the lively scenery and admiration. I'd love to!
