Fuji, Shizuoka, Japan｜Ayame

I'm not sure they get foreign tourists for customers very often. However, they tried their best to communicate with us in English and offer us a nice multi-course meal. As we couldn't read the menu, they initially offered us a very expensive meal, but after asking for something a little simpler we ended up getting sashimi, followed by tempura, followed by soba. For dessert, we got a cup of green tea and a scoop of ice cream. We were the only customers the entire time we were there. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and the food was very tasty.

The natural pufferfish here has a stable flavor! Shirako-yaki is really dangerous! Big, creamy and thick! I can't stop drinking! The tempura that you eat at the counter is also freshly fried, and you can watch the progress and serve it at the right time, so you can relax and drink like an adult.

I was interested in passing by, so I entered the store. I was afraid to enter because it was a high-class outfit, but the clerk greeted me kindly. We recommend seasonal items such as raw whitebait and grilled grunt fish. It was easy to talk with the store clerk over the counter and I had a good time.
