More Comments at Google MapA 5-minute walk from Sannomiya Station on the subway Seishin/Yamanote Line, Japanese restaurant "Ryoriya Uemura" was founded in 2007. The restaurant has been awarded one star in the 2011 Michelin Guide Kyoto/Osaka/Kobe, and two stars since 2014. The owner, Ryosuke Uemura, trained at famous restaurants in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kobe, and at the age of 30, he opened "Ryoriya Uemura" in Kitano, Kobe, where there are only counter seats. The course is omakase only and must be booked in advance. Here are the courses we took on the day: ・Deep-fried Senshu eggplant and sesame-covered abalone ・Nodoguro served with white miso ・Sea urchin from Aomori Oma ・Charcoal-grilled conger ・Straw-grilled wild tuna from Tottori Sakai Port ・Kagawa udon with truffle ・Crane Mozuku ・Deep-fried tenryu juvenile sweetfish from Nagano Prefecture ・Simmered Akashi octopus and sweet potato ・ Kobe beef sukiyaki ・Rice with sakura shrimp and peas ・Matcha Castella From the conclusion, one word "best"! Every dish takes time and effort to fully bring out the umami of the ingredients. That skill is amazing. Really awesome. All the dishes are delicious, which is difficult to decide. Personally, I like nodoguro white miso, charcoal-grilled conger eel, Deep-fried young sweetfish was very impressive. Nodoguro is of course delicious, but white miso soup A sigh leaks out. One side of the hamo is charcoal-grilled. You can enjoy both the aroma and the fresh meat. Young sweetfish cooked for 45 minutes is so delicious that it will make you cry! There is only to call it a "restaurant", I really love cooking from the bottom of my heart. The sake served in an Edo Kiriko glass was also wonderful. It seems that crabs are delicious in winter, See you next time in winter! Thank you for the meal.
A long-awaited visit to a store I've always wanted to visit in Kitanozaka. We generously use seasonal ingredients and high-quality ingredients. All of them were delicious, but the white miso sea bream, the sea urchin rice, and the stonefish were especially the best. It was deliciously delicious. The owner's friendly personality is also wonderful. I was very satisfied with the taste, customer service, atmosphere, and everything else including the tableware. Thank you for the meal.
This is a Japanese restaurant located in Sannomiya, Kobe. This is my first time visiting this store, and in one word, it's the best store. Not only the food, but also the tableware, service, and various presentations are all top-notch. The highlight was the sweetfish, which was grilled for 45 minutes. The head is crispy, the body is fluffy, and the tail has a distinct gradation. The food is cooked and prepared right in front of you at the counter, so just watching it is quite captivating. I don't go there often because it's reasonably priced, but it's a restaurant I'd like to visit again.
