The local dahlia beer is made with great care by the people nearby, and it is a low-malt beer that has a very good balance of gorgeous aroma and bitterness.

I visited with a friend for lunch. I remember that the host said that it was a tea kaiseki style hospitality meal, and the customer service was very heartfelt. It was a luxury to have the time to enjoy each item, including extremely rare vegetables and fish, with detailed explanations. They also put a lot of effort into the tableware, and it was fun to spend time carefully examining how the dishes would look with love to each one. I think this is a typical slow food restaurant. Considering the contents, it's a rather reasonable lunch.

I visited you before going to the theater. I had a 3,500 yen lunch that included sashimi and tempura. The tempura was brought freshly fried little by little, and it was crispy and delicious)^o^( It was the best to have it with the special salt~♫ It was really delicious Japanese food made with seasonal ingredients. Some reviews say that the amount is small, but for a woman's stomach, it will fill up until about the 10th minute! It wasn't too much, it wasn't too little, and for me it was a great amount! Not only are they taking proper measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, such as partitions, but they also carefully explain that everything is made in the prefecture, making me feel at ease. The hospitality and the food are wonderful, and I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again (*^^*)
