I haven't visited the restaurant yet, but while I was thinking of going someday, it became difficult to eat and drink at the restaurant due to the coronavirus pandemic, so I decided to order a bento. It's a 5,000 yen menu with 31 kinds (maybe?) including dessert. The food was carefully prepared and packed in a lovely container with a heavy feel. It's delicious when you eat something really delicious! I can't find the words. I took a bite and wow, what is this? ! That's what I said. At first glance, the abalone and tuna stand out, but other than that, there's fried eggs, shrimp with shells, meat rolls, fried foods, and other items that look like something you'd find in a bento box. is. But when you eat it, everything is so delicious. It made me wonder how all the ingredients can taste so delicious when they are made by the people who make them. Why does it taste so good? I said this to myself over and over again. All bento boxes are served cold, so I think it's difficult to make something that tastes good even when it's cold.On the other hand, if it tastes this good cold, I thought it would be even better if I had it warmed up at the restaurant. I'm happy to have such a wonderful shop in Joetsu. I would definitely like to visit your store next time.
